Shipping Policy

Processing Time Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be hand-finished, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping We ship within the contiguous United States only. Unless Free Shipping is indicated at check out, a shipping fee applies to all orders. Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.  Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. 

Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [7 days of delivery at chezshea@chezsheacustom.com with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to make it right. Chez Shea Custom is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
